Descriptif du poste

We are currently looking for an Office Manager who would help us with day to day administration as well as office life.
If you are passionate about figures, the success of operations and would be thrilled to be a real support in an extremely fast growing startup we would love to hear about you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the external accountant for the tax and payroll administration
  • Maintain the administration of the French office (post, supplies, booking business trips, expense reports, etc).
  • Work with other services for reconciliation (customers invoices, payments, interco, expense reports…), and understanding of the transactions (time of a marketing event….)

Profil recherché

*Skills *

  • 1-2 years proven experience as an Office Manager (preferably in a startup or small structure)
  • Strong relational skills to communicate with multiple teams with various backgrounds
  • Happy to work in our Paris office, an open environment where we share ideas and create something different than the regular stuff
  • Interested in growing with us, eager to be involved in the success of operations, and understands the role of support for operations
  • High ownership, self-sufficient, passionate about working at a startup

Requirements

  • You have 1-3 years of exepeirence as an Administrative and/or Accounting Assistant / Office Manager
  • You'd love to work in a multi-cultural environment and you are a true team player
  • You are organized, meticulous and autonomous
  • You are fluent in both French and English

Process de recrutement

After a 30 mn phone interview we usually do 1 or 2 physical interviews and small test.
